Real Madrid prepare £50m Trippier bid
Tottenham are anticipating a £50 million ($66m) bid from Real Madrid for right-back Kieran Trippier, reports the Sun.
Trippier has seen his stock rise dramatically after his strong World Cup for England and has become a target for the top clubs in England and abroad.
Spurs are expected to resist bids for the defender, however, having signed him to a five-year contract last summer.
Boga joins Sassuolo
Serie A club Sassuolo have completed the permanent signing of Jeremie Boga from Chelsea.
The midfielder made just one senior appearance for the Blues and, after various loan spells including last season at Birmingham City, now heads to Italy to start a new chapter in his career.
Chelsea blow as Golovin closes in on Monaco move
Russia star Aleksandr Golovin is closing in on a move to Monaco, according to L'Equipe.
Chelsea had been leading the race for the CSKA Moscow forward but he is now apparently on the verge of signing for the Ligue 1 club instead, with Strasbourg midfielder Jean-Eudes Aholou also close to joining.
Atletico Madrid want Giroud
Atletico Madrid are keen on signing Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud, according to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio.
The 31-year-old was an ever-present in Didier Deschamps' starting XI as France won the World Cup and Atletico chiefs want to recreate his partnership with their star man Antoine Griezmann.
Chelsea could well be happy to offload Giroud as they step up their pursuit of Juventus striker Gonzalo Higuain - who has previously worked with new Blues boss Maurizio Sarri at Napoli.

Kante and PSG in discussions
Chelsea’s N’Golo Kante and Paris Saint-Germain are in discussions to bring the midfielder to France but face an uphill battle in completing the deal, reports Le Parisien.
The Blues have slapped a price tag of around £98 million ($129m) on Kante, and PSG would need to sell Angel Di Maria, Goncalo Guedes and Jese, among others, to finance the move.
However, Kante’s representatives and PSG sporting director Antero Henrique are in advanced talks over a contract, and PSG has previously managed to fit in expensive signings before, landing both Kylian Mbappe and Neymar last summer.
L'Equipe, meanwhile, reports that Mbappe has endorsed a move for Kante having played alongside him in France's World Cup win.
Sarri wants three from Juventus
New Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri wants to raid Juventus and sign three of their players, according to Corriere dello Sport.
Daniele Rugani is apparently closing in on a move to Stamford Bridge, while Gonzalo Higuain is another to have been requested by former Napoli head coach Sarri.
And Miralem Pjanic is also seen as a player who would improve Sarri's Chelsea squad, although it's unlikely that Juve would entertain the idea of selling the midfielder.
Chelsea make contact for Higuain
Juventus need to sell players after their acquisition of Cristiano Ronaldo earlier this month in order to comply with Financial Fair Play regulations.
New Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri is thought to be interested in a reunion with Higuain, who he managed at Napoli.
Everton make £22m Digne bid
Everton have made a £22 million ($29m) offer for Barcelona left-back Lucas Digne though the Catalan side do not want to sell, report the Mirror .
New Toffees manager Marco Silva believes Digne could be the successor to Leighton Baines at the position.
Digne is thought to be unsettled after his lack of playing time cost him a place in France’s World Cup squad.
Chelsea add Hart to shortlist
Chelsea are weighing up a surprise £5 million bid for Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart as they look for replacements for Thibaut Courtois, reports the Sun .
Hart failed to impress with both Torino and West Ham while on loan the last two seasons.
However, Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri sees Hart as appealing because of his low price tag and that he would add to their Premier League homegrown player count
