Higuain flying in for Chelsea medical

Gonzalo Higuain will travel to London to undergo a medical with Chelsea after Juventus confirm a deal to offload the striker - and it's likely to come today.

Chelsea have reached an agreement to sign the former Real Madrid striker - who is currently on loan with AC Milan - on a six-month loan deal.

It’s understood the west Londoners will contemplate making the deal a permanent one in the summer depending on how well the 31-year-old performs.

Juventus are expected to announce Higuain’s loan move to Stamford Bridge later today, as per reports.

Barcelona and Sevilla have reached an agreement for the transfer of Aleix Vidal,  Sport  reports. The Spanish outlet claims the teams have been negotiating for weeks and have finally struck an accord on a deal worth somewhere in the region of €8.5 million (£7.5m/$10m), plus €2m in variables.
